Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This cookie policy explains how Gamerbulk (gamerbulk.com) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to make the website work correctly, remember your settings and understand how visitors use the website.

2. Which cookies do we use?

We use the following categories of cookies:

Necessary cookies

These are needed for the website to work and cannot be turned off. Our own site sets no cookies: it keeps your cart, your sign-in, your cookie choice, your light or dark mode setting, your own colors if you use them and your answer when we ask whether you want prices in your country's currency in your browser's local storage. On the checkout page our payment provider Stripe sets its own cookies to prevent fraud, and when the site is served through Cloudflare's network, Cloudflare may set its own cookies to protect it against bots and attacks.

Marketing and conversion measurement

With your consent we use marketing cookies to measure which ads lead to purchases: Google Ads conversion measurement (the Google tag) and, where enabled, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and the TikTok pixel. These tools set cookies and report the pages you view, items added to your cart, checkout starts and completed orders (with the order value and currency; we do not send your name, address or email) to Google, Meta and TikTok. Until you accept, the Meta and TikTok pixels are not loaded at all and the Google tag runs with storage denied, so it sets no cookies on your device. If you decline, that stays the case. You can change your choice at any time via "Change cookie settings" at the bottom of the page: the tools stop reporting and the cookies they set are removed.

Our own visitor statistics

We also measure how the site is used ourselves, without sharing anything with third parties. With your consent we store two random ID numbers in your browser — one for the visit (up to 30 minutes of inactivity) and one for the browser (up to 12 months) — and link them to which pages you visit, what you search for, which buttons and links you click, how far you scroll and where in the checkout you may have dropped off. The sole purpose is to find and fix whatever is broken in the store. We NEVER store what you type into form fields, and your IP address is never stored in the statistics — it is only used momentarily to filter out bot traffic. The data is stored with us for a maximum of 180 days and is then compiled only as anonymous monthly statistics. If you do not consent, we store nothing at all in your browser, and the same statistics are recorded without any ID: what happens on one page cannot be linked to another page or to another visit.

3. How do you manage cookies?

You can manage your cookie settings directly on our website via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you change your mind later, click "Change cookie settings" at the bottom of the page — the banner reappears and all ID numbers we have stored in your browser are deleted. You can also change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Note that the cart and sign-in do not work if your browser blocks local storage.
