Max Usage Per Day
Read every sample carefully and thoroughly regarding the caffeine amount before consuming. For a healthy adult, no more than 400 mg of caffeine is recommended to be consumed per day.Scoops Per Serving

You don’t know what to choose for tubs? I bought this because i needed a shaker and i had a opportunity to taste a majority of different flavors that i could purchase, currently i have tasted 2 different flavours and the shake seems nice quality nothing crazy about it. The build quality of it is good compared to cheap ones that breaks in 1 week

The saker is great and easy to use, the selection has enough to give you an idea if you will like one of the flavours. I bought it for my wife so she could see what flavours she liked. The “Good” and “Brand Risk” was her favourites
