Max Usage Per Day
One serving contains 150 mg of caffeine. A normal, healhy adult is recommended to consume no more than 400 mg per day, so we’d recommend no more than 2 servings per day.

How to Mix
Fill a shaker with 250-400 ml of cold water. Mix with one scoop of Dubby. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!
When to Drink

I have no marks. It’s so good. Strong sour green apple flavour that ends in a nice, sweet taste at the end. Mixes well, too. Only negative is that it requires very little water, so there’s not a lot of drink for the 150mg of caffeine.
