GamerSupps’s AFK series of drinks is meant to be consumed before going to bed – but if you want to take a nap during the day, it’s okay to take more than 1 serving per day.

Scoops Per Serving

1 scoop is 1 serving and per 300-400 ml of water. Increase or decrease the water amount to taste preference.

When to Drink
