One serving contains 100 mg. So no more than 4 single-scoop servings per day, or 2 double-scoop servings.Scoops Per Serving
1 scoop is 1 serving and per 250 ml of water. Increase or decrease the water amount to taste preference. For 2 servings, use around 500 ml and 2 scoops. Pro Tip! Sweet Flavor, tropical notes as expected. I think it is a very good flavor for someone who hasn’t tried GG before. Good for mixing as well.

Gamersupps Dragonfruit Punch is the best energy drink on the market hands down. (might change when I try other flavors, still got some to go)
The looks, the taste and the color is fantastic. If I had to pick the 1 GG that tops everything else, it has to be DFP.
10/10 would definitely buy again!

Haven’t gotten the tub yet, but speaking from the sample pack I tried, tastes very nice, quite sweet, so that might turn some away, but definitely a decent choice for anyone who hasn’t tried Gamersupps yet.
