Max Usage Per Day
A meal replacement should never be your only source of food. A meal replacement always works best in combination with regular food during the day. But other than that, it’s safe to consume multiple times per day.
Scoops Per Serving
1 scoop (or a sample) = 1 serving.
How to Mix
Toss one scoop in with 400 to 600 ml of milk, or a milk-alternative, and you got yourself a delicious meal-shake!
When to Drink

I don’t know what they did with the Strawberries, but I swear to god this tastes like what I imagine the fermentation juices at the bottom of a trash container left out in the Nevada Desert would taste like.
I could not finish a single shaker even diluted with 600ml of milk, this is god awful !
