The taste is awful, now that i’ve tryed all the flavours, i can say that I DO NOT reccomend NAU as a brand, none of the flavours are good…
Speaking of the “effects” i can say it helps a little with my focus while I’m studying, but that’s it, I think a redbull or anything like it works better.

I have no idea how a company can fail so utterly as with this product.
It tastes like a mixture of pine needles and soap, and I’m not even exagerating.
It’s a shame, since the ingredients seemed good.
