Received Damaged Or Missing Goods?
When you have an issue with your order, i.e missing products, damage, wrong products, please attach image(s) of your order/the products you got. This way we can hasten the support process.
order completed but shipping company has not received the package
Order completed means that the package has left the warehouse.
However the first days of travelling is for most countries a different shipping company. So your tracking will activate once the package is at the airport or arrives in your country.
Remember that you can use a third party tracking service (like 17track.net) or local post office with the same tracking code once the package is in your country.
My order failed but money was taken from my account
When an order fails, either because you used a coupon code that wasn’t yours, wrong cvc or whatever – your bank still reserves the funds for the transaction. How long it takes to return is completely up to your bank (can be minutes, can be a couple of bank days).
My order says delivered but I have not received anything
Our eTail service is for most countries not a home delivery service.
The package is delivered to a service point for pickup. Your local post office will send a postal notice on where to pick it up.
Most local post offices also add the pickup address in the tracking (use the same tracking code at 17track.net or your local post office).
The delivery says they failed to deliver. What to do?

Delivery fails usually only means that they are not delivering to door.
My loyalty coupon is not working
With certain coupons you need to add the product before applying the coupon.
This is the case since the coupon is a discount even though sometimes 100% discount.
