Max Usage Per Day
One serving contains 100 mg. So no more than 4 single-scoop servings per day, or 2 double-scoop servings.Scoops Per Serving
1 scoop is 1 serving and per 250 ml of water. Increase or decrease the water amount to taste preference. For 2 servings, use around 500 ml and 2 scoops. Pro Tip! Might be one of the earliest flavors but this is still one of the best tasting ones that you can’t tired of.

I have not tried too many granted, but this is clearly my favourite. It is synthetic, but let’s be honest. Everything is.
So looking at what it is it’s really good, it’s fresh, and doesn’t taste bad half way through the cup

I’ll be honest, I was abit let down about this one.
Of the GG tubs I have purchased this one tastes very synthetic. I have not had that feeling with other flavors.
Thats not to say it is bad, I do enjoy it, but with a day or 2 break in between. Other than that, it is also very fresh and has a cool blue color
I would probably give it another go when I’ve tried most of the variants

I bought a sample pack on one of my previous and have been waiting for it to get back in stock. It is by far my favorite flavor from all I have tried. A really great and refreshing blue raspberry/bubblegum slushie.
