Max Usage Per Day

One serving contains 100 mg. So no more than 4 single-scoop servings per day, or 2 double-scoop servings.

Scoops Per Serving

1 scoop is 1 serving and per 250 ml of water. Increase or decrease the water amount to taste preference. For 2 servings, use around 500 ml and 2 scoops. Pro Tip! If you would like to increase your preferred serving size to 500 ml without increasing your intake of caffeine, you can buy a tub of the same flavor from Gamer Supps Caffeine Free product range and take one serving from each tub.

How to Mix

Fill a shaker with 250 ml (single-scoop) of cold water. Mix with one scoop of Gamersupps. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!
