How to Mix

First make sure to fill your shaker with 3-5 dl of water. Empty a scoop (included in the tub) filled to the brim into the shaker. Now it’s time to shake. Make sure you have closed the lid properly and have a firm grip on the shaker. Shake! Shake! Shake! for roughly 10-20 seconds or until you have a lean and fully dissolved mix. Enjoy!

When to Drink

We recommend drinking Gazzd Hydration whenever you’ve sweated a bit, or if you feel dehydrated. For example, when you’ve played an intense game (they do get sweaty) or if you’ve been doing a physically demanding activity.

    This one is one of my favorites so far, it does taste like lemonade, however, it’s important to make sure that you’re using enough water when mixing it. I found that it’s ideal to have between 500-600 ml of water to one serving of the electrolytes. It does come with a scooper, so that’s also a bonus.
