Max Usage Per Day
Rehydration drinks are safe to consume multiple times per day.
Scoops Per Serving
1 scoop = 1 serving. Ez pz.
How to Mix
First make sure to fill your shaker with 300-400 ml of water.
Empty a scoop (included in the tub) filled to the brim into the shaker.
Now it’s time to shake. Make sure you have closed the lid properly and have a firm grip on the shaker. Shake! Shake! Shake! for roughly 10-20 seconds or until you have a as lean as possible and fully dissolved mix.
