Max Usage Per Day
One serving contains 200 mg. So no more than 2 servings per day, if you’re a healthy adult. If you’re neither, do only 1 serving per day.

Use only 1 scoop per serving
How to Mix
Fill a shaker with 500 ml (single-scoop) of cold water. Mix with one scoop of LOOT. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!
When to Drink
Either drink before or during gaming sessions, and/or whenever you feel like you need some energy. Be mindful of the amount of caffeine you consume!
