1 scoop = 1 serving. Ez pz.

How to Mix

Use 2 full scoops, mix with around 250 ml of water. It’s generally okay to mix 4 scoops with up to 500 ml of water if you want a bigger, more powerful drink.

When to Drink

We recommend drinking X-Zero Hydration+ whenever you’ve sweated a bit, or if you feel dehydrated. For example, when you’ve played an intense game (they do get sweaty) or if you’ve been doing a physically demanding activity.
