Use 1 scoop per serving.
Fill a shaker with between 450-500 ml of cold water. Mix with one scoop of Rogue Energy. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!

As a Rogue Energy Partner, I tried it as a sample… and i can describe it in the following way:
Rogue Energy’s Rocket Pop is an explosive flavor combination of the good ol’ traditional Bomb Pop popsicle, consisting on a burst of sweet cherry and blue rasperry, followed by a sour lime kick. It combines all three flavors in one. Plus the color of Rocket Pop (as seen on a glass of water) is a beautiful sky blue. Not as close as the rasperry part, but at least reminds you of that popsicle.
I’d recommend you a sample in order to try it’s unique flavor. If you really like it’s flavor, then snag a tub and thank me later for reading this opinion. 😛
