A creamy and sweet melon and vanilla flavor, reminiscent of a Japanese melon soda float!
As you open the door to the bright green maid café, the first thing you hear is; “Hiya!! My name is Melon, and I am here to serve you, Master! Nyaaa~ ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡ “.
Japanese Melon Soda is our second official country flavor, which pays homage to the beautiful country of Japan, which has captured hearts all over the world with things like anime cat girls, maid cafées and delicious melon soda floats (among many other things, of course)!

I didn’t really taste melon, for some weird reason it tasted more like banana to me if anything. Maybe it’s supposed to be a more natural melon but imo for Japanese melon soda that doesn’t work, it has to have that artificial melon flavor. It’s still good, but just not what I think of “Japanese melon soda”.

It’s been a while since I bought any Strafe tubs, and when this came out I just couldn’t stop myself, the packaging was simply too cute and the flavour sounded interesting! I was afraid this would be wayyyyy too sweet and a bit heavy (because of the high creaminess), but that was not at all the case! The subtle sourness is so good and refreshing, as almost all sour Strafe flavours are the bomb ^^ It smells like lemonade, but not the American one, it’s like the (nostalgic) carbonated pear lemonade most post-soviet children will remember~ The taste is quite similar too, somewhat caramel-like but not as sweet. Overall, it is a really interesting combo of flavours that I’m gonna greatly enjoy during the summer (+it will keep me awake when I need it to, as always <3)
